This phone is so easy to use!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy A16 is my new phone, and it has been super easy to learn to use. It even came with the cord I needed to transfer my apps and data from my old phone. I am also now experiencing this new AI information. The AI info combined with some investigating on my own is making the use of my new phone fun, awesome, and not a headache. Great job, Samsung!

My truth about it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prefer my S22 ultra, but since my june update its been glitching and crashing. So got this as a temporary replacement. Not bad for a basic phone. Memory capacity not bad. Just hate the freezing when switching through multiple apps.

First Samsung phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with my Samsung Galaxy A16 5G The camera pictures are excellent. Really love the magic editor feature with the AI Gemini. There is one thing that I dislike about my Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is that I have to have the same notification sound for my text messages for my Gmail for my games. The same sound! I feel like I'm constantly checking my phone and I think it's a text message but know if it's a game or I think it's an email and it's a text message or I think it's any game and it's neither. I don't understand why I can't have a separate notification sound for my Gmail and a separate notifications and for my text message and separate ones for my games.

Simple steps like rebooting and keeping your software up to date can make a big difference in preventing these problems. To check for updates, just swipe down with two fingers from the top right corner of your screen, then tap the Settings icon. From there, go to either Software update or System updates, whichever your device shows. Tap Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, depending on your carrier. If an update is available, it should start downloading automatically, though on some devices, you might need to tap 'Download now'. After the download, follow the prompts to install the update. Great Features, Lacking Camera Quality

The only lacking quality was the camera, which I personal thought was too limited or grainy. I liked the new Galaxy AI features and it made navigation incredibly streamlined!

Too Smart!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung. Mostly easy to use, easy to upgrade to. Big complaint is the typing feature is too smart. It wants to give you suggestions and I just want my cursor where I need it, since 90% of my corrections will not be fixed by the suggestion. I don't use or need AI, my mind works well and to keep it i must think for myself.
Also, the new upgrade with battery indicator is TERRIBLE!! Too many apps I don't need and some cannot be removed. Emoji and games are a waste of battery and memory. I'd paid for it, it should function as such.
Please make a smart flip phones with buttons!!
Then you can T9 and text by touch. Efficient and smart!
