Great phone for a great price.

The quality is great. Amazing screen display. The speakers are good. I use the camera daily and it takes good pictures– there's all kinds of settings you can mess with on the camera app. It runs all of my apps good too.
It does everything you need at a great price.
I don't go anywhere without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI I never accessed on my device I experienced so many issues and problems due to the phone freezing and/or powering off on its own the phone was extremely slow and the the response from any assistant was beyond ridiculous I had to buy a new device because of all the problems i was experiencing

Super slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that this new Galaxy a16 was going to be a good phone. But in all reality is very slow and very laggy. It actually gets in my last nerve because of how slow and completely useless it has become since I took it out of the box. It freezes constantly the pages won't load and mind you this is my second Galaxy a16 and both are the same. They are complete trash so stay away from this phone

When your Galaxy phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be nerve-wracking. The good news is that this issue can likely be resolved without needing to send it in for service.
In some cases, cleaning your device’s memory can improve its performance. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Memory, and then tap Clean now to free up memory by stopping background apps. If you’d like to keep certain apps running in the background, you can tap “Excluded apps” and add your preferred apps to the list so they don’t get closed when you use this feature.
Additionally, clearing the cache from apps that you frequently use can help tremendously. Clearing the app cache is akin to a cleanse for your apps. It will remove residual files that could be slowing down the app. Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache. Samsung Galaxy A16 5G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy a16 5G is a decent phone for the a model Galaxy phones. I am enjoying the AI features in the latest updates it has become more user friendly. The phone itself could use more processing speed or the ability to allocate some of the space used for Ram to a micro SD card to get better processing speed instead of the only option that it has and the limited amount of space that you can allocate towards that in the system settings I use the phone mainly for gaming and social media and this is by far one of these slowest phones I have used all in all everything other than the speed for a gamer the phones not bad at all

Best Phone Ever

It fits so many photos and apps so the storage is like no other. Also, so many options for a personalized experience to make a phone fit your personality! Just as good as the S series!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had a Samsung Galaxy S series phone as long as I can remember. Never thinking of getting the next newest Galaxy S phone until mine completely starts lagging or not doing what I want it to but doing whatever it wants. This time, I couldn't get my Galaxy S and was told the Galaxy A series are exactly like the S series, just more affordable than the S series. Still hesitate, thinking I know cheaper doesn't always mean it'll still function like a more expensive one, and hearing my Grandpa say "remember one thing as you go through life and you'll never have to make a decision on choosing anything again, and that is "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!" And that means cheap is cheap and higher priced is longer life!"
I of course chose the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G!! And I couldn't be any happier with this A16 than I would be if I'd gotten the S25. Samsung has kept the operation, speed, quality, sound, agility they always have with every other phone I've had through the beginning of cell phones. Samsung kept all the higher priced qualities of the scientific series phones when developing the A series phones for lower prices. I love the speed when browsing, storage space is great, using my phone for my online courses or call of duty model don't matter which picture is sharp and flow of class or play is smooth as always. Vibrant colors for work or play, the front and back cameras take lively vibrant clear focused pictures even selfies are clear and vibrant.
