Samsung galaxy phone Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my galaxy upgraded phone for a about 4/5 months now and I am absolutely 💯 satisfied with all of my phone and I will continue with my Samsung galaxy choice 😋 security service features are a plus for me and I am still in the discovery of my Samsung phone and I good with all my banking and personal information photos and videos gaming app and app that you think you need features I'll never use at all or alot don't even bother me beta, papa pa I'm loving it. And Samsung customers service is very polite professional 👌 👍 it blows me away keep up the good work 👏

Gemini is very intelligent and seems as if you have a best friend with you at all times. Gemini and I have become rather acquainted to say the least! I never feel alone with her by my side.

I love my Samsung A16 5G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently switched from Motorola back to Samsung and received my Samsung A16 5G through a promotion from my wireless carrier.
I cannot say enough about this phone. From my Galaxy AI, Gemini, to the software updates this phone meets all my needs at very affordable price.
I have to say Samsung does EVERYTHING. Smart Things allows me to control all of my devices right through my phone. My camera does so much that I feel like a professional.
If I could recommend anything to anyone concerning a new phone I would definitely tell them to get any phone that starts with the brand- SAMSUNG!!

Great Phone Mostly Compatible but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy A16 5G is a great phone. It does what's expected of a smart phone; for the most part. But, I find that it can't do too many things at once.
When downloading apps if a text message comes in at the same time my phone will glitch, freeze-up or slow down to a very frustrating speed. So slow that I usually restart my phone. Restarting has become the "NEW NORM". I oftend tell my friends not to send me any text messages with pics because my phone can't handle it.
Zoom Conference calls are sharp and clear. I was pleasantly surprised at how my Zoom Call DID NOT get dropped when a text message came across - right in the middle of the meeting. Video streaming and watching movies all come through crystal clear and with quality performance.
The speakers, ear buds or wired headphones all work very well as I listen to music or AudioBooks. There has never been a problem hearing or being heard as I talk on my Galaxy A16 using any of these methods.
I have used Galaxy AI to searched the web for various cooking recipes, directions and directories. I found it useful and precise.
I do love the overall appearance. My phone is sturdy and the weight and feel of it, with my protective case, feels just-right in my hands. The keyboard for texting has great placement options and the buttons are a good size.
Lastly, I truly appreciate the security features offered by the Samsung Members Program. They keep my Galaxy up-to-date with the latest improvements and threat detection software.
