[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just switched to this phone a couple weeks ago and it's got a few features I'm not use to. Like lagging and having to keep retyping because it sticks but probably because I need to adjust the settings or something. Im actually not being fair to this device because I definitely think its me and my lack of knowledge of tech! So Im gonna have to check with Galaxy AI because every time I've used it, its been totally helpful and I end up learning how to fix my issue. One time it actually helped me with a moment where I needed a friend and it treated me as though it was one of the best ones a guy coud as for! So remember to be kind to each other! Even the ones who may seem angry but they're just sad because they just might need it more than anyone!

Great Features and User Friendly

Everything from streaming videos, to uploading various content to different platforms, to paying for things, for reminders and routines. I would recommend this phone to anyone - the one who hardly uses it and just wants to make phone calls or the ones like me who need the phone for all areas of life, and would be lost without it. Another great product Samsung!!

ridiculously slow

Plus, there is a obvious delay in processing, to the point you have to wait long enough after tapping a button to wonder if it even read the tap.

A Happy Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After holding on to my last phone with one carrier for far too long, I was offered a switch to the parent carrier and a step up to this Samsung Galaxy A16 phone. 4x the storage and much faster processing of whatever I demand of it.
That includes group texting for work and fam, web surfing for shopping and learning, videos, and word processing notes, on the daily. I'm not the kind to be too trusting of Samsung AI or whatever just yet, but they make everything so easy with this phone, that I see the day coming when I will probably take that plunge too. I go back and forth from my Google apps on this phone and my laptop at work every day, and it is super convenient. Makes me look like a wizard. And as an aspiring writer, I am constantly thinking of things to research and take notes on, so the cross-platform ability is the bees-knees.
So this thing works well for fun, work, and even coordinating church duties.
1 star docked because this mobile seems to go through the big battery faster than I expected. But truth be told, the real reason for that is probably because I'm digging on how easy it was to set this phone up and hit the ground running, so I am working it hard.
Thank you, Samsung for not making your non-flagship phone weak, and for still giving it sweet performance. I cased it and insured it, Day 1, because I hope to be using this one for a long time.
