This product is a fun phone

Not so happy with this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got a new Samsung galaxy A16 5G 2025 phone after I broke my Samsung galaxy A54 5G a couple months ago. I was expecting this new A16 to be just as good as my A54, but I have not been impressed at all. This A16 has been a pain in my buttocks. It's very slow and lagging when trying to do anything, the call clarity is not good even when I have the full service and bars. This phone doesn't like to pick up my fingers in certain spots on the screen, but when I check the diagnostics on it everything works great!! I am not happy with this A16 at all, I would much rather have my old galaxy cause it worked way, way better. I can't wait till I can upgrade my phone again that's for sure!!!

- If you have a third-party screen protector or accessory attached, it might impact functionality. This is particularly true if dust or air is trapped beneath the protector, if multiple protective films are layered on the screen, or if the film is peeling near the edges.
- Wearing gloves, having dust on your fingers, or using your fingernails or a pen can also affect touch sensitivity. Additionally, keep conductive objects, like coins or keys, away from the screen.
- Restarting your device can often resolve minor glitches. For further guidance on dealing with unresponsive touch screens, please refer to “Touchscreen challenges on a Galaxy phone or tablet.” A link will be provided to assist you.
If you find that the sound quality during calls is diminishing, possibly due to background noise or difficulty hearing the other party. In that case, it may be related to cell coverage or your device’s settings. A damaged SIM card can also impact call clarity. This product is one of the best budget phones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this device mostly for calling but I do play games and they run good I can run fortnite and call of duty at 40 to 50 ops and minecraft at around 80 and they are smooth. One of the features I use mostly is the reminder when someone sends me a email for a meeting it gives me a option to put a reminder when it's close today I had a meeting and I forgot until I opened my phone and got the reminder and I like how it can be a reminder of days before or even a hour before. One of the AI features I enjoy of this device is that if I hold the home button i can circle things anywhere on my screen and it will tell me what it is also i can search things straight from their too.
