[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially bought with galaxy ai working camera May2025, but seems to require nearby device permission now to use it. Keyboard privacy is not working, was tryinh to hide every keystoke on my keyboard for privacy purposes but seems have not worked.

Galaxy A16 5G. Overall, a good quality phone.

Phone buttons stick sometimes. When this happens when phone is ringing and I can't answer call because I keep clicking to answer call. It doesn't answer call and goes to voicemail. This is very frustrating and I feel like trading this phone in to get a better operating phone. And, it bothers the caller. When I call back the caller who has been waiting for me to answer the call. They want to know why I didn't answer phone. They get annoyed because they think I didn't answer on purpose and I was trying to duck calls.

LOOOVE my A16 5G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new phone for work and I was a bit hesitant in picking the A165G, but I am so happy I did. Im not a gamer or a social media person so I can't really tell you about the phone doing those things, but I use a lot of Microsoft apps and I'm online practically 24/7 and this phone has been amazing for it. I didn't even need to download apps to change my phone up because it has all the features I wanted. I have bad eyes and this has features to help with that and some features I had no idea about which was great. If I wasn't sure if the feature was right for me, I asked Galaxy AI and she helped. I'll be sticking with this model for a long time.

Device get halts

If you multiple apps are opned make the phone profamance little slower Sometimes it get halt for 15 to 20seconds. Camera takes time to open something
