[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy A16 for everything, the problem is it's too slow and I have to restart it several times a day so it will work properly. I also have to remove it from the case so it can cool off, this phone was poorly made and no consideration for the customer and the various things that are needed from a properly functioning phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung A16 is one of the best phones out on the market! It has so many new and updated features.Like the new Galaxy AI for instance. It's amazing! It is the best AI system out there right now cause it can actually decide on real like decision making and problem solving. It helps me with my everyday tasks and budgeting. The Samsung Galaxy A16 with its features like the Quick Share, Smart View, etc. it's so easy to operate and quick to connect. You find out that technology has come along way when you use any of the Samsung devices.
