Cheap but slow

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with your Galaxy A16 5G! While this model does not come with Galaxy AI, it features numerous innovative technologies designed to significantly enhance your user experience.
To ensure optimal performance from your device, it’s a good practice to close apps you are no longer using. Your phone is designed for multitasking and can switch between various applications smoothly. However, having too many apps open can slow down your phone’s processor, so closing those you aren’t actively using will help it run much faster.
To manage your apps, navigate to Recents, where you can view all your currently open and recently used applications. You’ll even receive suggestions for apps that may be useful to you at the moment. To view your recent apps, tap the Recents icon located to the left of the Home button. This will display all your active or opened apps. If you’d like to close all of them, just tap “Close all,” or you can selectively close the ones you won’t be using for a while.

Slow performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is very slow and it's performance is poor. Some apps are slow to respond and the UI is also slow. If music is being played when the phone gets unlocked, it will cut in and out for at least 15 seconds or more.

Perfect Phone for DoorDash Drivers

Alot of viruses. Phone barely works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got mine not even 35 days ago. On day 3 it already was taken over by viruses and scam calls. It shuts off and reboots by itself. Never does what you are trying to do. My Galaxy A16 is not a good choice. I would rather have an outdated phone than a brand new one that I cannot even use.
