For being an inexpensive phone it works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for photos and the internet mostly. For it's price it's what I'd expect. It's definitely not as great as the S series BUT it is perfect for a budget friendly house hold. The camera is smooth and runs in optimal condition. The internet and phone itself lags from time to time which is the only down fall in my opinion. Otherwise it's smooth running.
Only issues I can say other than the lag, this is more personal, is the size of the phone. I used to run on an S20 for a few years and was able to comfortably hold it and the A16 cramps my hand constantly or drops/slips my grasp when I try to hold or adjust my hold on it.

This product has amazing features

If I could do anything I'd update the camera and make it a little faster of you have a younger teenager this phone is perfect for someone who doesn't to do much with there phones.

Love my Samsung A15 5G

To download updates manually, follow these steps: Open the Settings app on your device. Swipe and tap on “Software Update” or “System Updates,” depending on your model. Then, tap ‘Download and install’ or ‘Check for software updates.’ If an update is available, it will start downloading; however, you may need to tap ‘Download Now’ on some devices. Once the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update. You can also check for updates using Smart Switch.
