Dual pressure works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dual pressure really works well with white, brown, and purple rice. Better than the single pressure cooker that it’s replacing but would have kept the single one if not for the discontinued inner pot replacement.

The Best Rice Cooker!!

Great for a family of 4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice cooker is a great size for a smaller family. I haven't tried all the functions out yet but it seems like it does a ton. This machine is a significant improvement over our previous rice cooker. I've been waiting to upgrade and I'm so glad I did. The twin pressure makes a huge difference in the quality of the rice since you can customize the texture of the rice to the dish you are preparing.

Instructions Need Procedures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great rice cooker, but we can't understand how to use/program the various preset options. The instructional book is too brief without procedural steps to cook a simple pot of brown rice. We stumble through it everytime.
