Great Addition To My Kitchen.

The Cuckoo Electric Pressure Cooker is simple to use with several settings to choose from. For this review I made the Quinoa and White Rice recipe you can find in the back of your user manual along with several others. Measuring the ingredients was easy with the level markings found inside the cooking pot. Plug in and select from the menu what setting you want to cook at, and start. Super easy and the voice prompts are pleasant and just the right volume, no annoying loud beep when finished. The rice/quinoa made about 5 cups and cooked in about 15 minutes and came out perfectly fluffy and tender. The handles on the side of the pot make it easy to lift out without needing hot pads. Washing up was a breeze. Just put it on the top rack of the dishwasher and you are done. I look forward to making many meals using the Cuckoo Electric Pressure Cooker. A lovely addition to any kitchen.

This is amazing! I love that I can have both sticky rice and fluffy rice depending on what settings we use! I love that it keeps my rice warm for 24 hours! That is amazing! I also steam my bao buns in this, and it works really well!

Great Product but interface is hard to use

It has a lot of cool features that can support different grains, cooking styles but I mostly use it for only 2 things. 1. Multi grain pressure cooking. 2. Timer cooking
However it was very difficult to figure out timer cooking. Interface is not easy to understand.

I have owned numerous pressure cookers over the years and this one is by far the best. It handles multi-grains with ease as well meat stews. It's a snap to clean especially with the self cleaning functions. The programming makes cooking a wide variety of food so easy. If I ever need to buy another, which I don't foresee, it will be this product. You can't do better in my opinion.
