I use this for Pilates mat work. I think it works because it is thicker than the average mat. I like the handles for carrying and storage as well. The colors are great as well. I got a purple one for myself and a pink one for my 20-something daughter. She likes her so much better than her other mat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Veryy Comfortable. The straps hold it together well, when not in use. Does not move around much, even on carpet. I use it for Pilates, ab exercises, and cardio - and have no issues at all. This definitely helps with my lower back issues, especially in Pilates. For people with knee issues like myself, the thickness of this mat helps a LOT with that. Highly recommend to anyone with similar body issues, or if you just need a decent mat for working out.
