Got this product for my boyfriend for Christmas because I read online they were good for bad backs and he has been doing PT at home, he loved it said it has really helped!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mat came with a carrying strap which makes it excellent to travel with. The thickness helps if the floors a cold, and it's durable enough to take outside (I do put a towel or sheet under it though).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I had known how much I’d love this mat I would have bought it a long time ago. The thickness of it is very subtle but so comfortable, you don’t feel like you’re laying on the floor. Great price too, a lot of bang for your buck!
