I was looking for an easier to set up comfy mat for my knee surgery and this item fit the bill. i do child's pose every day to open up the hips and watch tv using this too.

The quality of this mat is incredible. It makes the workouts more comfortable since the design adds more cushion. Perfect for the new floors we have at the studio regarding comfort.

Love this mat especially for ab exercises. Definitely helps support your back versus thin regular mats. Also wanted something portable to travel with and it is perfect especially with the handles.

Love the colors

This item is durable. It lasts a long time. It is comfortable. It is not too hard. It is not too soft. It is just right. Most of all I love the different colors. This allows you to change every now and again. In order to make a product this fabulous, there must have been much hard work going into making this product. Also, I love the price. Thank you!
