Very Functional Mat

I love this workout mat for it's ease of use. Folds up easily and stores easily too. The handles on the end are perfect for moving the mat from one place to another. Thick enough and tough enough, very firm and comfortable especially for those "on your back" exercises. Also great for planks. So much better than a hard floor or carpeted surface. Also great for yoga. Well worth the investment.

Easier to exercise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The larger mat makes floor exercises more comfortable. Just wish there was some type of handle on the side for carrying as I am not tall enough to use the end handles easily.
