These balance pads are great for many things.

I bought one for my husband to use while doing hamstring exercises--he loves it--it is very dense and soft and a useful thickness. I tried it for stretching my splits and found it perfect for that--I ordered 2 more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing product for its price and I would recommend it to anybody. I've used several pads for kneel on gardening work and also for physio exercises but this, is absolutely the best!

Knee Pad.

Exactly what I wanted

I've been using it at home daily and it functions exactly like the more expensive brand I used in physical therapy. I recommend this product.
