Strong odor

The vest is easy to put on and take off. The straps are easy to adjust. My only complaint is it has a strong odor that has not dissipated over time.

Adds posture and weight training to walking!

I was surprised with how great it feels. Helps me into correct posture when walking and adds the weight for bone density health.

So far so good. Both my 115 lb wife and I (195 lb) in our 70’s use it when walking the dog or taking a walk with friends. It works well, is reasonably comfortable It doesn’t impact balance and even may help / improve it. .
