Easy to use, stays in place. Gives comfort to my hip, after two surgeries on my left hip due to a T-bone car accident. Glad I purchased this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good!
It is a solid ab mat at a good price. I'm a few thousand ab mats in, so she's starting to soften a little, but still works well.
