[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mat is perfect for an ubran apartment. It provides comfort and cushions the sound of low impact workouts so as not to disturb neighbors below. The pading provides support for my knees and is the perfect thickness for most core work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Pilates instructor loaned me a ProSource tri fold mat for Zoom workouts. The mat was perfectly cushioned for all the exercises. It providers enough support for working on your back, stomach as well as tumbling My son and husband also made use of the mat for stretching . It is light weight so we could easily move it from room to room and the tri fold makes it easy to store away. I have since ordered 4 more as gifts
