Great for a small home gym

Light and sturdy bench

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bench is not for commercial use. But for my wife and I it's just fine. We hardly lift over 50 lbs, so the bench suits are use. We don't have to worry about exceeding it's 500 lb capacity. Some of the other benches in this price range are only rated for 300 lbs, meaning you don't have much margin when a real bench presser uses those weaker benches.
This bench is easy to open up, and then to store. Assembly was easy, even for an old guy with shaky hands like me.
