The price was right, but if I had to do it again, I would order the bigger one due to my shoulders should line up with my feet and I need a wider base. But I am still using this tool until I can afford another one!! I do recommend for people with the proper stance width.

Not what I expected but good

I thought it would be similar to one I used to have with a separate roller underneath the board, which rolled in a track. This one offers some mild instability but not enough to build core strength, in my opinion.

I had to return it because I needed one like my physical therapist had. This is built for an athlete I think. I have weak ankles.
