Useful to intensify my hot yoga.

These 2 lb weights are comfortable and make my hot yoga poses slightly more intense, as well a feeling more grounded in the standing poses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't sure I ever wanted to use ankle weights. Wasn't convinced they helped. However, ProsourceFit ankle weights are comfortable and don't interfere with my workout. Too early to tell if these ankle weights make results noticeable more quickly.

I really needed to replace my Jane Fonda era ankle weights and these are terrific. Love the color (I got the lightweight 1-pound dark green set) and firm, snug fit with high quality velcro straps. Very well made to last a long time at a great price.

These are not my first pair from you (boyfriend used to order them for me from you) and certainly won’t be my last!! As long as I’m jogging, I’ll be buying these every year. They wear very well and the straps are the ONLY ones on the market that work!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ankle weights are just what they were supposed to be and have been entirely satisfactory. I've been using a bit less than the maximum (6lbs) but removing the remaining weight has not affected fit or anything else.
