These bands are undoubtedly high quality, but they are made for someone much more advanced than I am. There is not enough give for a beginner/intermediate.

Product is great, practical instructions lacking

I just tried my light band for the first time and I can see it's going to help me a lot - so I'm very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to getting stronger. However, my first question was, How do I take care of it? Because it's going to get sweaty and soiled. The enclosed paper only included info about 1) leaving a review 2) how to contact support 3) returns and exchanges 4) signing up for the newsletter and 5) following them on social media. Really, guys? How about something practical? I have to go back to the website to find out how to wash the thing? What about storage - sunlight, heat, cold, etc.? Add some nitty gritty info in the physical package and we're good to go!

Great Quality at a Great Price!

These bands just arrived and I'm very pleased with the quality. I paid less for 3 bands than I've paid for just 1 similar band from other sites. I use these quite a bit for squats, barbell hip thrusts, leg presses, side squat walks, etc. Nice carrying case, too.

These are easy and effective. I have the rubber loop bands and they would cut into my thighs.These do not.
