It is a solid ab mat at a good price. I'm a few thousand ab mats in, so she's starting to soften a little, but still works well.

I did not buy a Abdominal Mat. I bought the Arched Back Stretcher instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Arched Back Stretcher. I have been looking for something that would help me with the arch in my back. A old geezer like me wants to walk straight up as long as I can. It frees some of the stiff muscles and I can feel some ribs shifting back to where they belong. It is sturdy enough to not breakdown for years.
