[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Extra Thick Yoga Mat is just what I needed for blissful yoga! So much easier on my back than doubled up standard mats, the foam core is soft yet supportive. It is also extra long, which is most welcome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Veryy Comfortable. The straps hold it together well, when not in use. Does not move around much, even on carpet. I use it for Pilates, ab exercises, and cardio - and have no issues at all. This definitely helps with my lower back issues, especially in Pilates. For people with knee issues like myself, the thickness of this mat helps a LOT with that. Highly recommend to anyone with similar body issues, or if you just need a decent mat for working out.
