I use this for Pilates mat work. I think it works because it is thicker than the average mat. I like the handles for carrying and storage as well. The colors are great as well. I got a purple one for myself and a pink one for my 20-something daughter. She likes her so much better than her other mat.

This mat is the perfect solution. It is thick, comfy and provides the exact support I need to be able to do my complete abs workout.
