Classic Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to learn that this SIMON GAME is still available for purchase after all these years!
My adult sons & I have some really good memories of the fun they had playing it when they were younger. Now I can enjoy watching their children test their skills.
Game play is simple, yet challenging.
The object of the game is to see how well and how long you can repeat the randomized patterns of light and sound by pushing on the 4 different colored sections of the game face.
Once it’s turned on, the Green section will flash until you push on it, initiating the start of game play.
One of the 4 different colored sections will light up and make a beeping noise. You must push on that section as quickly as possible to continue to the next round.
SIMON will automatically create a new round of lit up, beeping sections in a random pattern and you must again repeat the pattern Exactly as it was given.
Each new round is more challenging than the one before it. If the pattern is Not duplicated exactly as given, SIMON will sound a distinct series of beeps indicating that the session has ended.
The fact that playing SIMON stimulates eye-hand coordination, while exercising the player’s memory, makes it an awesomely fun game for All age groups. It can be played alone or with any number of players.
Instructions are included. They state that the volume can be adjusted to 2 different levels, however, I was unable to detect any difference between the two settings.
The game is powered by 3 AAA Batteries which are included. You will need a very small screwdriver to access the battery compartment when they need to be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a classic game that my kids have enjoyed. They are 8 and 6 so it keeps their attention for just enough time. We like it because of the cognitive training it provides plus they make a little contest out of it. Simple game but easy to grasp.

This game will keep you entertained . I highly recommend this for kids & adults, fun for parties or just amusing yourself !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simon game is so fun. My kids love it. Its for 8 and up but my 2 boys age six and seven love to try to follow the pattern too. My eight year old daughter loves this game the most. She will sit and play for a while. Fun for the whole family to try to follow the pattern.

I got it for my son because he likkes music and I thought it would help with his motor skills.He is special needs so I try alot of differen things. It takes a little time but it has helped and I have had fun with t too.

Great Family Game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent some summer time this year with less fortunate kids, I didn't know but I wanted to get them something and I choose SIMON Game because it's a game we could play together. I figured that would be a fun way to get to know each other. The kids loved this game and we played all night. Simon was really popular with the kids and for myself who remember it from my childhood and remembered how to play. It was really a Hit. It can playback the highest score and previous score, has multiplayer modes, and feels much more substantial. The only thing better about the new one is that it needs just three AA batteties instead of two D’s and a 9 volt. And alot lighter. I totally recommend this New SIMON game to all who want to have something to do with family and friends. It's a simple concept but it's addictive. Plus it's all about improving memory so it's a game that entertains for hours and is also good for you!
