Very Nice Thermometer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this a few weeks ago and with all the sickness going around we have tested it to the max , It is easy to use and easy to read it also has a memory on it so you can keep track of the fever . We have use a lot of Thermometers in the past and this one here is a good one to have at your house ,

Best thermometer on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermometer has easy uses, it reads fast and shows the results in seconds! I love that I can use it on the forehead or ear! I absolutely love that it reads liquid products as well such as bath water, I can never get the water just right, but with this thermometer it comes in real handy! Super lightweight, easy to carry around and keeps up with temperatures!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well for body temps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice compact little thermometer. I have two kids that hate getting the thermometer stuck in their ear so the forehead setting was the most appealing feature for me. I never got the same temp between forehead and ear, but they were usually within .5 of a degree of each other. I compared it with my old ear thermometer and they were all reasonably close.
I also tried using this on food and hot liquids. I’m not sure I think this feature is overly accurate. The hot liquids I would believe but the food was way off.
The directions say to keep this in the area you will be testing for about a 1/2 hour before testing and that is 100% accurate. If I don’t do that the temps are way off.
All in, nice little tool but you will need to read the directions to get accurate readings as well as learn how to flip between modes if trying to use for food. I also wish it came with the little disposable covers for the ear tool but those are easy enough to purchase separate.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermometer is easy to use and very fast. It seems to be accurate, the temperature was the same as in the ear as it was on the head. It not only checks body temperature but food and liquid temperature as well which surprised me! Just push the ear and head button at the same time.

Never accurate!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to have a thermometer that didn’t go in your mouth. But this one is never accurate. You can place it on the exact same spot on your head or in your ear and get 5 different temps. We are NOT satisfied and will not be relying on this.

Digital thermometer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the dual scan digital thermometer and was very pleased. It makes me much more comfortable taking my daughters temperature this way . It also can do many other things to check the temperature of her nursery and even her bath water was definitely a good investment for me.

Cool thermometer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a neat type of thermometer that I haven’t seen before. It has the ability to switch between forehead and ear with the removal of the tip on it. But I also realized that it can also be utilized to check temps of food, which is awesome. You can program the thermometer with the current date and time, as well as a sleep setting. Results come back very quickly and can be switched into Fahrenheit or Celsius. Overall, this thermometer is pretty neat. I haven’t had a thermometer that offers all this does.

Inaccurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hopeful for this thermometer, however I am disappointed. It should be noted that our family was healthy when we tested this thermometer and we used an oral basal thermometer to compare the readings to. We all took our basal temps and then used this thermometer and sadly, the readings were inaccurate. Our basal temps ranged from 97.6-98.5, and this thermometer consistently gave us each readings over 99.2. We attempted both forehead and ear measuring and neither of those readings were accurate or consistent. Sadly, this will not be a reliable thermometer for our family.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
