[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The DualScan Prime ear and forehead thermometer works pretty good. It's accuracy seems on par with other ear and forehead thermometers. It is comfortable to hold and use too. It gives us peace of mind to have.

Accurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermometer is very accurate. And if it gets off track you can easily recalibrate it. I’ve had to use it quite a few times. It’s very easy to use. And it comes with a removable cap. There is a setting to use in ear and one to use on forehead. If using on forehead remove cap. You simply set it to the one you want to use. There is memory on it so it remembers what other temperatures you scanned before up to nine. It has a backlit display so it’s easy to read day or night. It also scans bath water temperature. The room temperature. And your baby’s bottle temperature. This is such a unique feature. And it’s great because it has auto shutoff so you don’t lose your battery charge.

Best thermometer I've had

I love this thermometer. It's the first forehead thermometer that I trust. It's easy to use and seems to be accurate. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermometer is great and handy especially when you have kids. I had to reset mine once it was pretty easy to do I just removed the battery and then put them back and leave it at room temperature for an hour or so. Besides that it worked great and have good features like switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit. I grew up in a country where we use Celsius for body temperature so I had to pick that one. I also love the cover that can be removed. I like that I can either use on forehead or in ear. The thermometer uses 2 AAA batteries (included). For those with babies it can be useful to check baby's bath water or baby's food temperature.

Easy to use, very accurate!

In today's world, we take temps more often and need accuracy! Mobi has always had great products and they deliver! It's so easy to use, my 6 year old can change from ear or forehead and get an accurate reading. Highly recommend you get this or upgrade to it.

Works great but not for the kids

Once we actually figured out how to use it, it works like a charm.

So easy to use and consistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve typically been leery of forehead temporal scan thermometers because I’ve heard they can be inaccurate and finicky to get consistent results.
This one is a winner. Press gently on forehead, tap the button, and in less than a second you’ve got your reading. Not sure you did it right? Tap it again until you get the consistent reading that corroborates the prior reading.
It also has other modes such as ear canal, as well as surface temp (intended for food). While I don’t doubt the usefulness of these other modes for others, we use the forehead mode 99%+ of the time.
This unit is so good easy and consistent to use that our 3rd grader loves to run around the house and do temperature checks on all the family members regularly. And I trust the readings!
