More Than Decent, Reminds Me of Childhood

Received it a few days ago for my daughter because it reminded me of a talking Barney doll I had when I was young. It's quite a nifty little toy with lots of different things to say, and my daughter has been enjoying it greatly. Love the use of encouraging phrases and ways to regulate/express emotions. I do wish it had more songs, though, especially the Clean Up song because the doll uses the instrumental for it. And the description says it sings the I Love You song, but it's definitely not the same song from the original series for some reason, and I think that's a shame.

Not the original Barney

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive the Barney plush for my daughter but it’s nothing like the original Barney. The voice sounds a bit creepy and you could barely hear the sound unless you put the Barney close to your ear. I expected it to be clear and at least similar to the original Barney that we grew up watching. Overall my 3 yr old daughter played with it for 2 days and then had no interestafterwards.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 yo. fell in love with Barney. It's truly adorable, it lights up and plays multiple phrases and songs. She decided it's her new best friend to sleep with, and keeps touching his tummy while falling asleep. Recommended for 2-3 year olds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heart Glow Barney is a cute soft plush. No small pieces. It is very colorful. It is battery operated. The belly lights up when pressed. It doesn’t always work when pressed or squeezed. It plays songs and phrases. It is a very muffled sound. Difficult to hear what Barney is saying.

A delightful nostalgic toy for today's kiddos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this toy! Parents you'll remember the best of Barney from your youth, while seeing a newer edition for today's generation. The colors are so vibrant and the sound is not annoying! It is actually cheerful enough to entertain kids, without being a headache as you drive around with toy in tow. This kept our foster toddler amused and even helped him fall asleep at bed time. It's a great size for little hands, and so huggable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like him! Because he can sing a lot of music and he tummy very cute and he had a pretty colorful shirt and he have a pink nose and a green eyes. So I like it . He have a pink face and some music in he tummy and it's heart and have stars and have rainbow and have music decoration of his tummy . He has hearts that I push it and have music coming out. And his tail is so pretty !

Cute and cuddly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barney is cute and cuddly! My daughter loves the different sayings and the fact that his stomach lights up with each one. She enjoys having it in her bed at night as a temporary night light when she makes his stomach light up! Overall adorable
