Barney - Better Than Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 90s momma is really excited to share Barney with my girls. He was an iconic part of my childhood, and it brings my heart so much joy seeing my children hug a Barney plush like I did. With that said, this is an upgraded plush though! The plush is superrrrr soft, which I was pleasantly surprised by. It’s very light too, which works well for tiny hands. The quality of stitching is superior. The heart shaped pop toy was a fun addition and has been used constantly. It’s rated for 2+, but my 14 month old can’t keep her hands off it. Luckily my 3.5 year old doesn’t mind sharing. Overall it’s a sweet, soft, quality toy that we’re enjoying!

Plushy dinosaur

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My younger son received this toy, which is marketed as a sensory toy. It’s a nice toy, but aside from popper attached to Barney, I don’t really see anything too different from other toys. Barney is very soft and there are ridges on his belly. He has a spiral with a star and heart on his foot that is meant to be traced, and his hands feel silky. However, when I tried to get my younger son to touch the toy and trace the spiral in order to calm down, it didn’t work for him. Instead, I think this is a fun plushy toy for kids that like plushies or who enjoy Barney, rather than a sensory toy. Also, my son thought that Barney should sing a song or say something when his foot is pressed, but nothing happens.

Barney sensory toy

There are multiple textures for feeling, as well as an attached pop toy to work on fine motor skills and sensory engagement. The toy is lightweight and easy to pick up and carry, and overall is very soft to the touch.

Such a cute Barney plus my son absolutely adores

The material is very soft and there is a fun bubble-popper tactile accessory that is attached to one of Barney’s hands. My son loves sleeping with his Barney and it gives him comfort. It’s become his new lovey!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Barney the plush doll. It was all ready just to pull out of box. Nothing complicated. Had to use scissors to cut the ties off. The Barney doll did not keep my child’s attention at all. She looked at and touched everything on it and sat it down and did not pick it back up. It does not make sounds or sing. She did not like it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has a super soft and snuggley body along with textured eyes, feet, hands, eyse, stomach, and spots on his back. It has 6 vibrant colors and makes a perfect companion any time!
