Iconic toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barney was an iconic part of my children's growing up, specifically my daughter. I am a grandmother now, and it brings my heart so much joy seeing my grandchildren play with Barney like she did. With that said, this is an upgrade to the Barney she played with as a child.
The Fisher-Price Heart Hands Barney toy plays over 15 songs, sounds, and phrases, including the popular "I Love You (You Love Me Too)" song, which you activate by pressing his tummy. In turn, that activates a heart that lights up, and his hands form the shape of a heart, which I have done with my grandchildren from 12 months on. I really love the fact that this toy encourages kindness. It says it's recommended for ages 3 and up, but my one and two-year-old granddaughters love it just as much as the 3-year-old.

Buddy Barney

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barney is a fun preschooler play toy. My boys love seeing him light up and talk. His arms moves when they press the button on his belly to talk. I appreciate that he says positive phrases and affirmations. His voice has changed from the one some of us Mommas remember from the 90s. They can move his legs and tail manually. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because he has button batteries. They can be pricey to replace, so wish it would’ve used a standard battery. It does though have them well screwed in for child safety. My boys love carrying him around the house since he’s the perfect size for little hands. He’s definitely a cute addition to a household for Barney and Dinosaur lovers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2 year old loves this. She loves it so much I think she's taking a nap in her room, but then I hear Barney singing and I know she's up and playing with it. The voice is a little different than I remember as a kid, but doesn't bother her.

Cute songs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sayings and songs are cute. It’s not too loud either so it’s not obnoxious. But I wished it was a softer toy. Kid loves to carry it around but I’m just worried it may be to hard sometimes in case a fall was to happen.

Fun new Barney

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new hearts hands Barney is a great toddler toy. The size is perfect for their small hands. Easy to operate with just one push on his tummy. Barney will play 15 plus phrases including his iconic song. "I love you". His arms will move up into the heart formation which lights up a little heart on Barney and then a phrase is said. The children always get something positive back as they push his tummy.
Barney's arms as well as his tail move but not really to do much as far as movement for a toy. With the resurgence of Barney on TV, it has become a favorite toy of my grandkids. Much like my own children had loved Barney in their childhood. Barney always gives positive words of affirmation to make their self-esteem grow.
I do really like the size of this toy and his wipe ability for a travel toy for in a diaper bag or in the car. I think it's an ideal toy.

Such neat movements!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barney arrived here quick, Jenna and Laura are twin 4 year old girls who are very much into Barney right now. They were so excited to open him up! You press his belly and he sings and also makes his hands rise up and form a heart. They thought his hands and his songs were just so awesome. They were a little standoffish about his voice at first, but now just love him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barney is very different from what we are all used to. The toy itself was cute. The sound at times is a little muffled sounding. The movements are ok. Barney himself is different but my son did not know any different.

A Fun Loving Barney Toy

She loves the new look of Barney and runs around the house pressing Barney's stomach singing all the songs Barney plays. The added motion heart motion Barney makes with his hands when you press his tummy is a feature my daughter loves and tries to mimic.
