I am satisfied with Anda Seat Kaiser. This name of this series already made me feel like a King. LOL. Love the comfort, love the support, love the large size neck pillow. I even took the lumber pillow with me when I am in my car.

I can not even put a word how much I love Anda Seat Gaming Chair. The first moment when I opened the pacage up, I knew it is not just ordinary office chair. We can tell enough from the surface the quality is so good and it will last long. Did I mention how comfortable it is? OMG. Don't even want to get up.

It was easy for me to assemble and I'm an idiot, so if I can do it, anyone older than 4 years who has working hands should have no trouble.
I've only had the chair one day, but it feels sturdy.
The arm rest adjustment is just what my aching, old shoulder needed.
I'm now comfortable enough in my den that I can lock the door, ignore the family and pretend that I never got married, had kids and got old.
It was easy for me to assemble and I'm an idiot, so if I can do it, anyone older than 4 years who has working hands should have no trouble.

It arrived earler than I expected and the assembly is not that hard, I can even do it on my own without a guy's help. Love the lumber support the most, cuz I can put it in whichever positon I like. Really worth to try.

After several days of working with the customer service team, I was ultimately satisfied with the product that I had received as they made the purchase correct. I imagine this is not the norm and the seat itself is superb in build quality and comfort.
