She loves the massage and comfy part. Easy to put together took about 20 min for me instructions are a joke just use your head I never used the instruction

This office chair has everything, it¡¯s well made, very soft and plush, heats and massages and reclines too. The cushion is quite thick. Could not be more pleased. It was a bit late arriving but worth the wait!

We love this chair!! I got this for my boyfriend for his birthday because he was always sitting in a kitchen chair and hated it because it was so uncomfortable. He was so happy when he opened it. He put it together the next day. He said it was easy to put together. Its very very comfortable!! I was really surprised at the comfort level. Get this chair it's worth it and it was a decent price.

Things I wish could improve:
Doesn't have a headrest. Wish I realized this before purchase but oh well
Massage control is easy to use but I'm not exactly sure what all the settings are for

Overall content with this purchase. Would recommend but there are features I would check (see if they are important to you i.e. headrest) before buying

Instructions are a bit confusing but other than that I have had this chair for a few days and so far have really enjoyed it and the heated seat!

It's pretty simple to assemble and the quality is pretty good for the price. Also very comfortable, it keeps your body in a good position sitting for longer periods
