Little confusing but great product

It's a great product just a little confusing at first. Buttons on there are not friendly use not visible like others like what you can press and what's just there as a print. However overall it gets the job done for sure in pretty sure when I get use to it I'll get comfortable trying other stuff on it then just rice

I have been using the CRP-JHSR0609F for the last year and went ahead and bought this one because the CRP-JHSR0609F is so great.
This one is even better, has the option to cook without the pressure, so can add food during the cooking.

I received a dent product

I received a dent product but I believe the problem is not due to the seller/product quality but because someone broke the package in the shipment. When I contact Cuckoo, the refund process is very quick and easy. So I will re-purchase the Cuckoo rice cooker again very soon.

Great product in terms of functionality

I enjoy using my new cooker. It doesn't only cook perfect rice, I also enjoy the high pressure steaming function, and yet it does a great job in cooking soup too. One machine that does all (perfectly). Highly Recommended.

I purchase this product recently and love every things in this rice cooker! Simple and slick design which matches well in my kitchen and nice functions. The taste was the thing I was not doubt about this products because Cuckoo is well known brand in rice cooker. I will definitely recommend purchase this model and it is pricey but worth to have it!

Simple and sophisticated

Purchased this rice cooker after a lot of research. They are pretty costly so I wanted to make sure it was worth the investment and I am glad I chose this model. Its got clean and sleek design, goes well with my kitchen. I mainly use it to make rice everyday for my family and the rice definitely cooks differently than my previous rice cookers. There’s more bounce to each grain in the glutenous rice cooking function. It also keeps the rice well, some rice cookers turn rice yellow and change texture at the keep warm function but this does not. It’s perfect for everyday use and I am happy with my purchase.
