Scratched within the first hour

Put on at the store, left, got home and in the house... set my phone down and looked at it and there's a scratch I'm assuming from them trying to scrape out a bubble.

This is the second time I've purchased this and it is absolutely terrible! Every time I've peeled the correct side the opposite comes off first. Definitely recommend having it done in store so that they can pay for it.

it doesn not peel correctly

Step 1 peel from tab 1 is the problem. Since there is only one tab and all the layers are together there you cannot tell what is peeling. It messes up the entire process if it is done wrong which I and many other have done wrong. Not well designed
