After having it on my new Iphone 12 pro for a day, it slipped out my jacket pocket, face down onto the hard bathroom tile floor. Smashed. I was sad, thinking that my brand new phone had already got a beating. I was just mad, and keep it stashed away in my pocket, only until latter that night, when I further inspected the surface cracks. I was absolutely surprised to learn that only the Zagg case was shattered, and my iPhone screen was in perfect condition. What a relief.

The anti-glare feels grainy and there is a spot in the middle of the screen. I had it professionally installed and it still wasn’t perfect. I may take it off and switch to a different one.
