Great product

For starters I would not consider this product for gaming on any platform. I would recommend it for Zoom / Microsoft Teams / WhatsApp calls / Phone calls / Listening to music on your cellular phone. I bought it for my Zoom meetings and University assignments. The sound quality is amazing and the mic works great! no static feedback. You can wipe it clean with a damp cloth and store it in the bag that comes inside the box. If you are looking for a proper gaming headset, I would recommend a Razor product. Save up for a good one though as they will run you $189 and up. I would do this because you get what you pay for. Cheap doesn't necessarily mean good. I made that mistake and now I have a cheap $20 headset broken and just sitting here. I liked the design and colors available. Very well made and you do not get that plastic look to it. This headset DOES NOT need an app to run, only if you want to take advantage of the sound optimization features. Mic automatically turns on and off pulling the mic piece down or up. Down=on, up=off. Can connect to your phone so you can Zoom one minute and make a call right when your done without having to disconnect Bluetooth. Light weight and easy to throw in your back pack or store at your desk. I had to ask a customer who was beside me in the aisle if this was a recommended product as no Best Buy employee was even around to help me. You don't need a fancy cute flashing headset, these do the trick just fine. Makes it easy when your walking to listen to your music and pull down the mic to answer a phone call. I liked that feature. Overall I would only recommend this Logitech headset for PC use only and not for gaming on any platform. You can, but I would not recommend it. Great product, price point is excellent. I have gone through 3 headsets looking for the right one. so I've spent close to $200 in total when I should have just purchased these. Trust me, save up for a pair and buy a good branded product. If you cannot afford one just yet, go for ear buds on Amazon until you can. You will be saving money and will get a good headset that will last you a good long while!

SO uncomfortable and sound is okay

My biggest mistake was to not go in store to try them. They we an impulse buy and I now regret it as I cannot return them because the box is open.
There is not cushionning on the headband, which means the material it is made of just digs in your head while wearing. After 15 minutes it is uncomfortable and after 30 it becomes painful.
The sound was okay but I didn't test the mic nor the teams functions as I just don't want to endure the incomfort anymore.
Do go try them for more than 5 minutes of you're thinking of buying them, just to make sure you find them comfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Work from Home Headset

I recently bought this headset from Bestbuy. Over all has been a great headset for working from home.
The Good:
- Over ear (on-ear hurts my ears, and I've tried many)
- Extremely light, you can barely feel them.
- Comfortable, fit large heads well. (mine is big)
- Great sound quality on Zoom and Teams.
- Durable )you can apply pressure to the headphones and they swivel/twist with a good range of motion, plastic does not seem brittle.)
- Noise cancelling mic, others on my calls report great sound quality from the mic.
- Battery lasts all day.
- Bluetooth works great.
- No software required, just connect over Bluetooth and use.

Great sound for music not so much for computers.

Music sounds great, but when mic is active, system sounds are bypassed and not audible. Example: On teams call? You will not hear system notifications or any other system derived sounds.

Comfortable, quiet with long battery life

I work in a noisy construction office and really needed to block out the racket, hear the message and be heard speaking. All day. These comfy phones do it all.

Solid introductory headset

This headset is great for first-time users and the price is right. It is easy to use, although it is a wee bit bulky, which is a minor thing in the grand scheme of things.

Build is super cheap and flimsy but the sound quality is really amazing. Note that it is not noise cancelling which is fine for me. The audio is great and works easy.

Im trying to use these with discord on my computer. My voice keeps breaking up, the people Im trying to hear keep breaking up. For some reason the issue is with using the head set for input and output. If I use my speakers for output and the headset for input, it works better. Defeats the whole purpose of having a headset though.
