Lifetime warranty is bogus. They charge you for any replacement ($9-10), it’s definitely a hassle because they changed providers which is why there is a price variance. It breaks a lot, they don’t have them in store. Would not recommend ever. Also, this is entirely different than what the in-store reps promised (no charge replacement). You can get them way cheaper and easier from a secondary store.

Even with instructions, still had air bubbles

Followed the instructions and still had air bubbles on my screen. The price point for this product is ridiculously high to begin with, but the fact that even with instructions it still fails to prevent air bubbles just adds insult to injury.

Phone comes without a case. Lead comes without a plug. Case comes without screen protection. Change over from USB. to USB C. Like buying a car that’s just and engine and the chassis.
