Works well but the USB C cord is a bit short.

The hub works well. Hooked up my HP Laptop to it and connected 2 HP external monitors via the 2 HDMI ports. Also used the ethernet port to set up a wired connection and used one of the USB port to connect my wireless keyboard and mouse combo. All the peripherals worked well. The only drawback is really the short USB cord. Because the cord is attached directly to the hub, there is no way for me to switch the cord to a longer one. Hence, with all the wires connected to the hub it is very difficult to place the hub and organize the cords. If only they made the USB-C cord detachable/swappable then this device would be a 5 star.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HDMI ports started failing after a few weeks of use. You’re better off getting a different one.

Doesn't support full quality picture

Only supports 4:4:2 chroma subsampling which makes colored text and icons blurry.

Bought this for school and it works perfectly. Easy to set up and there is no lag and it easily supports all of the connected devices (of which there are many)

The order I received was defective and was not able to connect the two monitors to my laptop hence I returned the order. It took a while before I figured out the product was defective but when I connected it to the USB port of my HP laptop without connecting the two monitors to the device that was when the error message came up that there was an error in the device that I connected to my laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dual-monitor hub

I've had it for a few months now and it works great on my Lenovo laptop. Very small and portable, great to have the Ethernet port also. Cheaper than some of the other dedicated USB-C docks especially when on sale. PD pass-through works as long as you have a large enough power supply (it will only pass through the wattage of the supply minus 15w). Dual monitors work flawlessly and work at 1440p (did not try 4k). I did try it on an older Dell laptop and it wasn't able to support both monitors at full resolution and resulted in some blurry text, so your results may vary. Does not provide dual monitors with macOS, but this was expected as macs do not support multi stream. Only complaints are the short cable (fixed using a USB-C extension) and only one USB-C port (USB-A to USB-C adapters work fine).
