Vibrant and brilliant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung 85" Neo QLED TV and could not be any happier with another TV as I am with this one . The amount of features and ease of setting it up is incredible. The TV also will calibrate the colors, and white balance etc. with the help of the Samsung SmartThings app, so instead of paying a professional to come out to do it, the TV has made sure you have the best movie experience it can give you at no charge. Remarkable!!

Amazing TV with unbelievable depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV as a 30th marriage anniversary gift for my Aunt & Uncle in Utah. I visited them 2 weeks ago, and finally got to see it, and now I'm jealous! The blacks are deep with no pixelation, the brights aren't washed out at all, there's no pixel striations in high or low contrast scenes. A premium TV for a premium celebration! Maybe it's time I upgraded the 40" Samsung I have....

Great all round

It's graphics are beautifully clear for gaming then when it's movie time it changes from gaming 4k to dimmed movie and theater settings so I don't have to do anything but sit back and relax. It updates actinatically and I love the settings menu. All round Samsung has a great range and the best part is they last! I've never had an issue and the colors never dull.

Disapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always owned Samsung Tv's but very disappointed in this one. I ended up returning it. The picture at times looks very unrealistic, and fake, at time the shadowing is blue on people. The sound while watching general tv shows and the news is horrible, the tv adds to much base and has a rumble type sound to it when there should be little to no base. It's difficult to understand men's voices due to the excessive base it gives them a very deep voice and not very clear. I tried changing the settings for the picture and sound with unsuccessful change. You missed it with this one Samsung.

Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).
