Love the case and the color, but it scratches easily and discolors the color making it look very worn out after only having it for only 2-3 weeks

The Crystal Palace iridescent case for iPhone 11 perfectly complements all colors! It looks particularly fantastic on my white iPhone!! More importantly, it is well-made, providing superior coverage and protection.

The crystal palace iridescent case is so very pretty. Within two days of using it, however, the back was scratched in several places. After one week, the case looked as though it had been used for several months. Unfortunately I returned the case. Be aware that although the case did not meet expectations, the customer is still responsible for paying to return it.

The picture shows two parts - so I thought there was a front as well as a back. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known. Now it's got lots of tiny scratches so it looks rubbish.

I order the iridescent case. Within a couple days to a week, the iridescent part on the back started coming off. The case looks terrible now and about half of it is just clear. The case is still durable and I had the clear one before, but don’t recommend getting the iridescent one. Very disappointing!

Why was I surprised at the quality of the item when I received it? I have purchased my screen protectors from you for years and the price was right for a case for my iPhone 11. The moment I touched it I knew the quality over my previous case was five stars.
