This seat is way more sturdy than I was expecting. It is easy to build, although better to use your own tools than the ones provided. The frame is strong and seat really comfortable. Fast delivery, well packaged. I highly recommend.

UPDATE: rust spots and rust water!

This is a great glider. I'm a single woman in my 40's and put it together myself. Took me about an hour. Mostly because I put the arms on backwards and had to fix it. ??????¡â? Really glad I made this purchase! You won't be disappointed.Update: it's been outside during heavy downpour weather. It's now rusted in spots. When I moved it rust water came pouring out. So if you purchase this make sure you buy a cover if you want to leave this outside. It is not meant to get wet.

Inexpensive and Surprisingly Confortable

I wanted something I could gently rock on on my balcony.? It is inexpensive and quite comfortable.? (I've got a dodgy lower back and it is the most comfortable seat in my home.)? It took a little effort to put it together by myself, but nothing extraordinary, beyond pushing the seat into place to insert the front seat bolts. It took some handling, but you can do it.? It is a huge hit with my 12-year old who goes to town on it swinging!? I've had it only for a few months and it normally is partially shaded, so I cannot comment on durability.? It has a center bar on the seat, so you will not want to try to lounge crossways on it like a sofa.

It is comfortable and looks nice.95% of the assembly was easy and quick. 5% was not good at all. After struggling for hours I finally gave up and used a longer bolt to secure the last arm to seat back connection.The pictographs are pretty good but I did have to go online for a few hints. Written instructions would help.
