Didn't take long for the timer to malfunction. I have to toast my bread 4 times to get it toasted now

In some cases, this is caused by a build up of crumbs in the bottom of the toaster. You may try to unplug the unit. Let it rest for few minutes and turn it upside down to see if some bread crumbs will come out. Afterwards, try using the toaster again. Also, the toaster must be plugged in to a direct wall outlet and have power running to it, otherwise the toaster will not work properly.

Only 9 months and it no longer toasts!!

I've owned this toaster for less than 9 months and the settings for toasting do not work now. You have to stand by and cancel the toasting when you think your toasting is done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great unit, touch buttons could be a lot brighter

Pleasantly suprised with the quality of this toaster! It was replacing an older oster model. Unit is very sleek, touchscreen works perfectly, and it toasts quite well. Better then you'd expect. 1 downside, unfortunately, is the touch buttons are not very bright, if you have multiple lights on in your kitchen and/or it's daytime it is a little difficult to see, I wish you could adjust the brightess. Or simply just make the buttons illuminate brighter.

Had it for a while and worked great but have crumbs that went on sides and now stuck on the insides and don't have the tool to take it apart. Why didn't you use normal screws? You don't even get the tool when you buy it.

Bagel feature toasts both sides

Bagel feature does not work. Thought we bought a bad unit, returned it and got another one, and that one didn't work either. Don't offer a bagel setting if it doesn't work.
