Poorly lighted display.

Nice idea for a toaster but fell very short with its very poorly lite display. It says to place in a bright location to increase display brightness but it’s not even bright enough in either a bright or dimly lighted area. The display itself honestly sucks. Why the company doesn’t have an adjustment for it is beyond me. The picture below show how bad the display is. You cannot even see its other toasting option selections.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Here’s a quick point form review Pros - toast function works great - toaster looks great - stays cool on the outside - touch screen work well Cons - the touch display is so dim it can barely be seen in a bright room. Overall good toaster but I can recommend it due to a very big flaw with the touch screen being too dim to read and no adjustments available.

The screen is si dim you cannot see it! The box shows it as being really bright which is false advertising! Totally disappointed with this toaster!!,

Lasts about a year.

First one and then the other side stopped staying down. Not due to lack of cleaning. Special screws on bottom require special tool, so fixing out of the question. Last toaster worked for years and years without issues. This toaster lasted about a year.

4 slice toaster

The toaster works great at toasting but the display is almost unreadable in normal light. I returned my first toaster as I thought their was a problem with the display but the second one was just as bad. I think the display should have a brightness adjustment.

Enjoyed until now

I have enjoyed the toaster. Has worked well for the first year. And now the left center toasting elements stopped working. Wishing it would have lasted longer. Though I have no issues with the lights on it. Otherwise works great. But left is unusable due to the issue.

Display is way too dim, can't see the buttons

Everybody is complaining abouth the display, you have to use it in complete obscurity to see the buttons
