Great investment in yourself

I love my new Row-n-Ride. I've only had it 2 weeks, but I can already tell a difference in my ability to squat. Also, thanks to videos on the app, I learned exercises to do with it that I would have never thought of. Great for both cardio and strength.

I love it! I’ve been able to workout more often. It gives a good full body workout. It was also fairly easy to put together.

My husband assembled and took several hours but came together well. It is a great machine and we are both starting to use it. Gives a good workout and we are both seniors and like to use the videos with it.
