THE MAT DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO, PROTECT THE FLOOR FROM THE GYM EQUIPMENT..IT'S STURDY AND HAVING THE CHOICE OF SIZE MADE IT THE PERFECT CHOICE FOR MY HOME GYM.
