Disappointed in exterior durability

I like the luggage, but I expected the exterior to hold up better. After only one use traveling via airplane there are numerous scuffs and abrasions. I was hoping it would like nice for a longer period of time. I find this unfortunate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Confused size description online

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time purchasing this item online, and the size description was very confusing. The listing said the suitcase was 27.5 inches, but the actual product is a 24-inch medium. The height includes the wheels, which makes it look larger on paper, but it is still classified as a 24-inch bag.
Because of this unclear description, I ended up ordering the wrong size. When I tried to return it, I found out that there would be additional fees, which was disappointing since the mistake was caused by the misleading information on the website.
Overall, the product itself is nice, but I really hope the company can update the size details to avoid confusion for future customers.
