When I got the luggage it looked bent and the zipper was broken on the inside but I didn't have time to exchange etc. bc we were leaving for a trip within less than a week. I used it when we flew to San Diego to visit a family member and it was all scratched up and dirty. I definitely wouldn't recommend and wish u could exchange within a store, that would have been so much easier.
Pros: Easy To Carry, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Bad Zippers, Poor Quality

I was looking to purchase a high quality hard case piece of luggage and the Freeform Large Spinner appeared to fit the bill. I purchased as a gift. It arrived well packaged and on time. I needed to shop online, as there are no retail stores close by to physically see one. I am somewhat disappointed in its construction, a plastic/ rubbery feel. Have not yet had a chance to put it to the test by sending it through an airport luggage system, hence the 3 star rating.

Although I haven’t used my luggage yet I can visually see how well made and durable this piece is. However, during my upcoming trip to Florida in May we’ll see whether or not it’s looks are backed up through actual use.
