Can’t go wrong for purchasing Samsonite luggage. I still have luggages in great shape from 1990’s. We travel a lot and I’ve had to recently replace the wheels, a handle on another one and zipper fixed on another.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scratched and looks terriblr

After only I trip this luggage is so scratched and looks terrible and this was after doing carry on, not checking the luggage. Would not buy again or recommit to anyonr. Plus the company says they will reach out to you but has anyone really done it and made itvright

the color sage green is way different from photo in website. I was expecting dark green color but it looks like dead frog color.

Misleading dimensions

This piece of luggage is smaller than advertised. The website lists the overall dimensions as
31.1" x 20.95" x 13.8". I interpreted this to be the overall dimensions of the suitcase, but instead these are the overall dimensions of the box it came in, not the suitcase itself.

I purchased this piece based on these dimensions, as they are very close to the dimensions of the luggage I am replacing. However the actual overall dimensions are 29" x 20" x 13", and there is a noticeable decrease in the capacity of the luggage versus my old piece. I'll be returning it for this reason.

24 Inch Freeform Checked Luggage

I bought this luggage brand new and used it only once for my Alaskan cruise. I did not fly to my embarkation port so it did not go through baggage handling at the airport but was handled by porters at the pier. The exterior of the luggage had a lot of scratches and scrapes after only one use. I suggest buying a luggage cover for protection. The luggage was lightweight but felt like it was falling apart after being filled with clothes, 3 purses, 3 pairs of shoes. I did not even have to use the expandable feature. The handles also felt like they were about to come off so I was very careful lifting them. Not sure if this luggage will last for a few more trips. . I beg to disagree with those who gave a 5 star rating for this luggage.

A great travel size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not yet had a chance to travel with a suitcase, but upon first inspection it looks like it will be a good size for a short trip. Hopefully it stands up longer-term. I will update my review after a few uses.

Where’s the key?

I just got this wonderful carry-on — love everything about it (so far). However, in addition to the combination lock there’s also a key lock, but NO KEY. Is that something I have to order separately?
